Payment

When booking, we require a €100 deposit, payable immediately after reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. In addition, a €75 service fee is charged per booking. This fee covers bed and bath linen as well as the final cleaning. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected and cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to one week before arrival, 90% of the amount already paid will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be retained as an administrative fee.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, or by appointment. On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 12:00 PM. After your confirmed booking, you will receive all additional information about your stay via email. If you have any specific requests, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.
