First-line beachfront newly renovated apartment, located directly on the beach, with the scent of the sea reaching your balcony. Tastefully decorated, cosy and warmly furnished. Step into the inviting living room with a large dining table, perfect for hosting guests. Prefer dining on the balcony with a sea view? That’s possible too! Prepare your meals in the spacious kitchen and simply place the dishes in the dishwasher afterwards.

The apartment features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating four guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large bathroom with a bath/shower combination.

The area is peaceful, and the beach is directly accessible via a staircase.

Cullera and Gandia are just a 15-minute drive away, Denia is 40 minutes, and Valencia is 45 minutes by car. Free parking is available. Alicante and Valencia are ideal airports to fly into — Valencia is only 45 minutes away, and Alicante approximately 1.5 hours. Both cities are also perfect for an enjoyable city trip.
