Sol de Mar – Wake up with the sea at your feet

Welcome to Sol de Mar, a small-scale complex located directly on the beachfront, also known as “first line.” Upon arrival, you can already hear the waves, and as soon as you look over the wall, you’ll see and smell the sea. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy breathtaking views.

The apartment Casa Maris Blue is located on the third floor. An elevator is planned, but not yet available. Once upstairs, you’ll immediately see the front door. Step inside, take off your shoes, and store them neatly in the hidden shoe cabinet, spacious enough for four guests.

Space, comfort, and unparalleled views

Through the hallway, you enter the first bedroom, equipped with two single beds. On the other side, you’ll find the large bathroom, complete with a bath/shower combination, toilet, and bidet.

Before stepping inside, take a moment to slow down and arrive. Shoes are left behind in the refined, built-in shoe cabinet at the entrance – a subtle invitation to embrace effortless Mediterranean living, with bare feet on cool floors and an immediate sense of calm.

As the front door opens, you are greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the sea. The horizon stretches endlessly, while soft natural light pours into the space, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and understated luxury. The entrance hall sets the tone: peaceful, refined, and thoughtfully designed. To the left, the second bedroom features two comfortable single beds – an inviting space for guests or family. To the right, the spacious bathroom offers a full bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, and a wide vanity. Even here, the views of the beach and sea remain nothing short of spectacular.

Continuing through the apartment, you arrive in the dining area – the true heart of the home. A generous dining table comfortably accommodates four guests, ideal for long, elegant dinners overlooking the horizon. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, seamlessly combining functionality with comfort.

The living area unfolds as a bright, open space designed for relaxation. A substantial, deep sofa invites you to unwind, complemented by a stylish coffee table and a 50-inch smart TV. Large sliding doors open onto the balcony, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. Here, the experience is nothing short of extraordinary – panoramic sea views that evoke the feeling of being aboard a private yacht. The balcony features four chairs and a round table, perfect for sunlit breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.

Opposite the living area lies the master bedroom, a მშვიდ and elegant sanctuary. It features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. Waking up here, with the sea as your constant backdrop, feels like a daily indulgence.
